Position Summary

The Director of Client Development serves as a member of the Solecta leadership team responsible for the execution of the sales plan in accordance to the company vision and strategy. In this position, the Director of Client Development will work with leaders and influencers across a variety of companies within company defined market segments helping them solve unique and real issues. This role will report to the CCO and work collaboratively with Product Management, Applications Engineering and Operations leadership to ensure financial goals are met while being uncompromising to company values and culture of teamwork and positivity.

Essential Functions

  • Develop and execute sales targets at all stages and orchestrate compelling interactions with prospective and existing clients
  • Develop new relationships by identifying and nurturing valuable and relevant leads
  • Cultivate existing client relationships and evolve them into business opportunities and client partnerships that ensure a healthy pipeline for the company
  • Create long-term client partnerships by understanding clients’ needs and business realities, whether clearly expressed or not, identified through a genuine consultative and problem-solving approach
  • Partner with marketing to execute strategy, demand generation, lead development and communication to drive sales efforts
  • Manage a sales portfolio, pipeline metrics, analytics, and company CRM, Salesforces.com

Position Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in science, business administration or other related field; MBA preferred
  • 10 years of strategic marketing, business development and/or consulting experience required
  • 8+ years of experience in company providing technical products and/or services is preferred
  • Clear, strategic thinking– proven ability to disaggregate complex issues, to develop a framework for understanding the critical elements of the problem, and to generate and stand behind recommendations that result from this analysis

Position Summary

The Electrical/Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to safely install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment and support and actively improve corrective and preventive maintenance systems and processes to achieve business goals and objectives. The position is expected to be a “hands on” working supervisor leading and supervising a small maintenance team in the troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of existing plant and facilities equipment and will collaborate closely with engineering in the development and installation of new equipment.

Essential Functions

  • Provide day to day leadership and supervision of the maintenance team including leading maintenance technicians in the troubleshooting, repair and preventive maintenance on machines, production equipment, and plant facilities and facilities equipment, and training and delegating maintenance technicians to take responsibility for increasingly complex troubleshooting, repair, and plant maintenance activities
  • Ensure the plant equipment and facilities are kept in an optimal running condition
  • Comply with safety regulations such as LOTO (Lock Out Tag Out) and confined space
  • Organize maintenance area following 5S standards
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert for maintenance assisting engineering with the specification, development, installation, and qualification of new production equipment
  • Continuously improve maintenance processes and procedures
  • Participate in cross functional teams in Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action Plans
  • Work with all the teams to achieve company goals
  • Participate in writing and updating preventative maintenance and troubleshooting procedures
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics and manufacturers’ documentation related to plant equipment and plant facilities equipment maintenance
  • Escalate to the Director of Operations issues affecting safety, quality, delivery, and cost
  • Research and write purchase orders for spare parts, hand tools, and equipment required for maintenance duties
  • Coordinate with outside vendors for repair and maintenance of plant and facilities equipment as needed
  • Collaborate with other departments (Quality, R&D, Operations) to schedule maintenance
  • Collaborate with engineering as needed for advanced troubleshooting and repair and for establishment of equipment preventive maintenance procedures
  • Oversee the management of maintenance budget & expenses
  • Monitor equipment spares and equipment inventory through development of Kanban systems
  • Keep accurate record of maintenance logs and provide reports to leadership as required
  • Ensure maintenance areas are maintained in a clean and orderly manner
  • Coordinate with EH&S personnel to conduct regular health and safety risk assessments
  • Manage the decommissioning process of obsolete assets & assist in the oversight of installation of new equipment
  • Track and report equipment metrics
  • Lead, motivate and develop the maintenance team

Position Qualifications

  • High school diploma/GED plus Electricians Technical School or 3 years apprenticeship or applicable technical military experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience in electrical and mechanical equipment maintenance including experience with repair and preventive maintenance of electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic equipment. Specific technical skills:
    • Strong working knowledge of LOTO, arc flash, and electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic safety precautions for control of hazardous energies
    • Working knowledge, and hands-on experience with industrial electricity and control systems
    • Strong understanding of general and preventive maintenance processes and methods
    • Excellent electrical troubleshooting skills including demonstrated ability to read and interpret P&ID’s and electrical schematics and diagrams, AC and DC circuit knowledge, ability to identify wires accurately, ability to perform electrical tests, read results and diagnose and repair electrical problems
    • Experience troubleshooting and repairing chillers
    • Experience working with and troubleshooting Allen Bradly PLC’s and associated controls, preferred
    • Experience with web handling equipment and fluid distribution systems (pumps, piping, etc.), preferred
    • Knowledge of TPM, preferred
  • 3 years Supervisory experience required, 5 plus years, preferred
  • Strong work ethic; willingness to roll up one’s sleeves and learn; safety oriented

Position Summary

Solecta is a global leader of membrane separation solutions and is seeking an experienced, client-focused Product Solution Manager to drive overall product and solution lifecycle management, from concept to commercialization. The ideal candidate will have proven capabilities in developing and implementing product and solution growth strategies and life cycle management based on in-depth understanding of client and market needs, compelling business cases, and a thorough understanding of the business’ strategic objectives and the competitive environment. The ideal candidate is an experienced leader who can guide cross-functional teams in the development and launch of new solutions that improve customer experience and grow market share. The successful candidate will work closely with the commercial, R&D, engineering, and manufacturing teams to ensure that the product portfolio meets client’s needs and aligns with overall growth strategy.

Essential Functions

As a key member of the Marketing and Commercial Teams, the primary responsibilities for the Product Solution Manager will be to:

    • Develop and implement the long-term product and solution strategy for Solecta
    • Drive the execution of all processes in the product lifecycle, including product and market research, competitor analysis, positioning, strategic product roadmap development, and the launch of new solutions
    • Lead and manage new product development through the Stage Gate Process through design, development, validation and launch to meet deliverables around timing, performance, revenue, and profitability
    • Own product pricing and product margin improvement
    • Design and develop detailed technical requirements and specifications documentation for all new product solutions
    • Be the process owner for product warranty investigation and claims
    • Provide internal and external technical training and support for new product solutions through validation and launch in the field
    • Be the primary point of contact for newly launched offerings for value proposition and technical training
    • Deliver continuous product improvements based on end-user feedback, and data analytics
    • Work collaboratively across the organization to drive project management initiatives forward to meet timeline and revenue objectives

Position Qualifications

Experience and Skills:

  • Minimum 10 years experience in a Product Management role for technical products or offerings in the B2B space
  • Proven success in overseeing all components of the product development lifecycle including development of an overall strategic roadmap for an organization
  • Demonstrated success in leading initiatives through Stage Gate Process (or similar innovation process) and launching new products/solutions that meet or exceed business objectives, including:

Position Summary

The Senior Process and Equipment Engineer is responsible for improving existing and developing new membrane and element manufacturing and test equipment and processes. The successful candidate will use lean thinking, and statistical and robust engineering methodologies to develop new and improve existing equipment and improve existing processes that improve factory capabilities, reduce scrap and setup and improve plant throughput.

    • Assist maintenance personnel as required with troubleshooting and repair of equipment including reading and interpreting electrical schematics and manufacturers’ documentation related to plant equipment and plant facilities equipment maintenance
  • Design, build, and qualify new production and test equipment and processes:
    • Analyze existing capacity and make recommendations of process and equipment improvements to maximize capacity, productivity and throughput
    • Define and conduct engineering tests for experimental data collection
    • Define, select, and develop new or modified processing concepts
    • Develop and execute new equipment build, existing equipment modification, and test and acceptance plans
    • Oversee and drive associated projects into manufacturing through the change control board, documentation and training
  • Communicate (written and oral) technical concepts clearly and concisely to audiences with varied levels of educational and technical backgrounds. Excellent influencing skills. Develop clear written instructions (including but not limited to: operations procedures, SWI’s/Standard Work Instructions, corrective and preventive maintenance and troubleshooting procedures, and RFC’s/Response Flow Checklists) and train staff
